Shipping & Delivery That Fits the Order, Not a One-Size-Fits-All Process
Shipping liquidation merchandise is not always as simple as putting a label on a box. A small electronics order may move by courier, while a heavy pallet or truckload needs a completely different setup. At The Soto TH3 Liquidation, we look at the size of the order, the destination, and the type of merchandise before choosing the most practical shipping option.
Depending on the shipment, merchandise may leave our facility in cartons, cases, bins, gaylords, or securely wrapped pallets. Smaller orders can sometimes be sent through carriers such as FedEx, USPS, or other available courier services. Larger orders are usually handled through freight carriers.
How Shipping Costs Are Calculated
There is no single shipping price that works for every pallet. The rate can change based on distance, weight, dimensions, destination type, and whether special delivery equipment is needed.
A warehouse with a loading dock may have different freight requirements from a residential address. If you are receiving a heavy pallet at home, a lift-gate may be needed to lower the shipment safely from the truck.
For buyers ordering several pallets, combining everything into one shipment may sometimes reduce the overall cost compared with shipping each pallet separately.
Processing and Delivery Times
Once payment is confirmed, we work to prepare orders for shipping as quickly as possible. Many orders can be processed within 48 hours, and some may leave sooner when the merchandise and carrier schedule allow.
- Domestic U.S. Delivery: Usually around 1โ5 business days after dispatch.
- International Air Freight: Often around 5โ10 business days after dispatch.
- Container Shipments: Commonly around 7โ21 days depending on the route, destination, and customs process.
These timeframes are estimates. Weather, carrier schedules, customs clearance, and other transportation issues can occasionally add extra time.
Sometimes a Pallet Does Not Need to Travel as a Pallet
Certain orders can be repacked into manageable cartons when that makes more sense for the merchandise and destination. This can be especially useful for smaller orders or residential deliveries where receiving a full freight pallet may be inconvenient.
For larger orders, we can also look at palletized freight or truckload shipping instead. The goal is to use a method that makes sense for the actual shipment rather than automatically choosing the same service for every customer.
Residential, Commercial, and International Deliveries
Residential orders: If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, lift-gate delivery can be arranged when needed.
Commercial orders: We can ship to stores, warehouses, distribution centers, and other business locations based on their receiving setup.
International orders: Available options may include air freight or container shipping depending on the size of the order and destination.
Tracking and Shipment Updates
Once an order has been registered with the carrier, tracking or shipment information is provided when available. This allows you to follow the shipment after it leaves our facility.
If a carrier changes the schedule or a shipment experiences an unexpected delay, we provide updated information as it becomes available rather than leaving you guessing about the status.
Need a Shipping Quote?
The easiest way to get an accurate shipping price is to provide your delivery location and the merchandise you are interested in. We can then review the order size and available delivery options before quoting the shipment.
Whether you are ordering one pallet, several pallets, or a larger truckload, The Soto TH3 Liquidation aims to keep the shipping process clear and practical from the time your order is prepared until it reaches its destination.
